Compact and bijou ... it's a nice. good value card reader that plugs in to the USB-C socket on my computer. A superfast card plugged in to this unit shows the advertised R/W speeds on speed test. Overall, I'm really impressed. A slightly longer cable would be nice so it doesn't just hang off the back of my HP AIO like a sad dog's tail - but they aren't going to lose any stars for that.
ReplyDeleteAt first, it looks like a conventional USB card reader. I couldn't be more wrong. This is the highest quality USB card reader I've ever owned –great plastic casing, you think it's metal. It comes with a short USB-C cable that supports the latest and greatest devices, e.g. MacBook Pro, MacPro, MacBook and PC alternatives. Transferred tons of RAW photos from my high-speed SD cards and didn't experience any issues whatsoever –no corrupted files, no slow transfers, no issues. VERY happy with this purchase. I'd definitely recommend.
